The new management co., Vision, has made an error and our Nov. '16 payment has not been credited. I've request their acct records, found the error, faxed the info to them. Now I cannot get them to talk to me about it. I call, get transferred to someone, have to leave a voice mail and never get a callback. I've left voicemails for Samantha and Mario. Yasmin answered her phone but transferred me to Mario's phone (where I had to leave VM) Because of this uncredited payment, delinquent charges have been applied every month, so the balance keeps going up and up. I am very unhappy with this new management co. and thought the board should be aware of this lack of service.
